1. Eligibility

EcoPersona offers sustainable fashion and accessories, including but not limited to bags, backpacks, sweaters, scarves, and related items.

We strive to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural material variations.

  • Many of our pieces are made with natural and/or recycled materials and artisanal techniques, so minor differences in texture, color, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

  • All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Applicable sales taxes, duties, or import fees may be added at checkout depending on your shipping address and local regulations.

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or unauthorized dealers.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund.
